A warm welcome and exceptional golf

Here at Middlesbrough we warmly welcome golf societies.

For many societies visiting our club is an annual fixture, with many commenting on the excellent course but also on the friendly welcome they receive.

We offer a range of packages depending on the size of your party and facilities required.

Our friendly Professional and house team are always on hand and happy to help organise a perfect golfing day that your group will remember.

The course is situated in countryside five miles south of Middlesbrough with stunning views of the Cleveland Hills.

There are many attractive and challenging holes; the tree-lined par 3 fourth (197 yards), the dog-leg 11th around or over Oakwood (544 yards), and the spectacular eighth, which has been described by many visitors as one of the most attractive holes they have played.

Playing the course will ensure you have a rewarding and enjoyable experience that will test golfers of all handicaps.

FIRST CLASS FACILITIES

Before your game, we have outstanding facilities for practicing, including chipping and putting greens, a large practice ground and picturesque driving range. Afterwards, enjoy the great hospitality offered in our modern lounge and bar where we can offer a package of hospitality options tailored to your group. PRACTICE FACILITIES

Outstanding practice facilities are available. With a picturesque driving range, large practice ground, two chipping greens and a large putting green we have everything you need to perfect your game.

WARM HOSPITALITY

You will receive a warm welcome and great food and drinks to enjoy in our recently refurbished bar and lounge, or on the terrace overlooking the 18th.

Modern Clubhouse

Our modern clubhouse includes secure and spacious locker rooms. Shower facilities are available with towels.

Whether you’re playing for fun with friends on an away day, spending time with customers or raising money for a good cause with a charity golf day, you’ll be sure to have a good time at Middlesbrough Golf Club.

Our Professionals and Clubhouse teams will work with you to make sure that everything is taken care of, leaving you and your golfers to have a great experience from teeing-off to celebrating in the bar after your game.

It’s for that reason that groups come back to Middlesbrough year-after-year.

We offer a range of options that are dependent on the number of golfers and facilities required. A complete package is provided, from reserved tee times through to excellent catering services for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the modern surroundings of our Clubhouse overlooking the course.
