Captain’s Day BBQ
Captain Anirvan will be delighted if you could join him for celebrations at this years’ Captain’s Day BBQ on Saturday 10th July.
Catering will provided by The Little Indian, serving authentic Indian Street Food, with entertainment provided by party band Cousin Matthew.
Partners welcome.
Dress code: Hawaiian Shirts and Shorts.

Bhangra Burgers – 2 homemade pork burgers seasoned with coriander, chillies and spices served in a brioche bun with a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato and spice red onion chutney
Vegetarian option Aloo Tiki
Tandoori Chicken Wrap– Chicken marinated in a Tandoori paste and cooked on a griddle, served in a wrap with lettuce and peppers.
Vegetarian option Tandoori Paneer – Indian cheese marinated in tandoori paste and cooked on griddle
Punjabi Pakoras – potatoes, onions, carrots , spring greens brought together with spices and fried in a gram flour batter
Samosa (v) Potatoes, garden peas, herbs and spices encased in pastry and fried.
Masala Chips – topped with Tamarind and Spicy Mayo sauce and coriander
Dip (v) (GF) – natural yogurt, mint, fresh green chilli
